possible to make final image larger than 3.7gb?

how come instantcopy always makes images 3.7 or 3.8gb? why cant it make the full 4.7 (or 4.5 like most images)? is there some setting or reg hack to enable this on the 'slider bar' thing? (and yes my input is over 4.7gb to begin with.. its 8gb actually.

i just want to use the full capacity of the dvd-r and best possible quality.

4.37Gb is the correct size of a blank DVD, I won't explain why but believe me when I say it is
