How to print forum guides?

I have been using a couple of the doom9 guides and I have a hard time bouncing back and fourth from the program that I'm trying to setup and the guide. When I try to print the guide only one page will print. Is my browser set-up incorectly or what can I do to print an entire guide?

In your printer's General tab, locate the Page Range options and select "All".........? If you're into saving paper, leave the default setting to Page, print Page 1, insert back into the printer, enter "2" in the text box, print Page 2 on the back.....ad infinitum. If you only want to print a portion of something, highlight the target text, choose "Selection" in the Print Range box, and you'll only print the text that you've selected manually.
