TV-Out function with ATI ...

Hi all,

I got a Samsung laptop that has ATI Rage LT Pro graphics
card with TV-Out in it, anyway since there is no driver
for WinXP, I'm using the one that microsoft gives, I managed
to run the tv, I connect it before the computer boots ..
well I can see my desktop and stuff like that, but whenever
I want to see a movie, I can only see it on my screen and
not my TV, is there any way to change that ?

I think you have to set tv as your main screen in order to throw the overlay to tv and watch movies.

I dont know about your card.I was looking at ati's website but it seems that these drivers are lacking some options that my ati radeon 8500 has,like setting monitor and tv as primary screen/secondary,theatre option...

Since there isn't any driver for WinXP for ATI Rage LT Pro,
is there another program that can control the tvout feature
and then select which monitor is primary / secondary ?
