Help with a TV-Rip...audio is SCREECHY

I'm sure you all know what i'm talking about. I'm watching the tv-rip here and then throughout the episode you get those high pictched screeches in the audio whenever the video goes a little screwy. Does anyone know how to fix this problem with some sort of filter or something. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi there!

You should use some software like Groove Mechanic. First just extract the track from the video, then analyze it with groove mechanic and use the repair functions to remove the hiss etc. The results could be suprising, or then again not, well try it anyways...
