Multi VobID strip and freezing problem

I backed up Tuck Everlasting which consists of multiple VobIDs that spread across several PGC's in main VTS.

It took a while since I had strip by VobId then insert chapter points manually (because there are only 2 to 3 cells per vobId) then compile in Scenarist.

Well everything seems fine execept it has occassional skipping or temporary freezing between chapter points and also the sound seems just a tad off.

Could this be because of the DVD2AVI bug that drops frames off video?

That is exactly what is causing the issue with the skipping. The temporary freezing isn't caused by dvd2avi, I believe. It's caused because of inability to set information in gaps smaller than layer breaks (ie. ilvu) so the reader has to seek to the next vobid.
