please help---capature problem

my system is:
athlon xp+2100
1gb ddr
ati all in wonder 128 pro II
gigabyte 7dxe mb
built in soundcard


my problem is sound card clock stability??
i am getting results of Clock Stability -0.27% and its making my caputures very difficult,jumping video,skipping ect
wots the problem and how do i solve it.
running mmc 7.6

Use 3rd party software such as iuVCR, VirtualDub sync to capture and keep in sync. They also use the same clock for video and audio so it doesn't worry about discrepencies (sp?). Atleast iuVCR does.

I don't know whether audio/video clock are the same in VirtualVCR - but I do know it is the only program that can keep the sync correct - as long as Resample Audio Dynamically is checked. I have a SBLive! card which is notorious for killing sync, but it works perfectly using VirtualVCR. Go digtv.
