hi. i just set tmpeg 2.510, which is the latest version, to batch encode two avi's to vcd.

i had already checked both avi's in virtual dub for errors and none were found. i also checked them in vdub mod and divfix, still nothing. so i thought they were good avi's.

when i came back to my pc this morning, it had that annoying window saying tmpeg has performed an illegla operation and needs to shut down. when i clicked for more details it said the error was with quart.dll. anyone had this before?

wehn i checked the two output mpegs, they were the full length, but roughly half way through, the video stopped on one frame and had that till teh very end, but the audio was still going.

there are no sync issues in the part that works properly (ie video and audio), and exactly the same thing happenned in both output mpeg.

anyone know a solution?

i'm using winxp pro with the latest updates, AMD Athlon 800 384mb sdram.
