cce v2.50 speed decrease

after over 300 + encodes using cce v2.50 plus AviSynth.
i have come up with this problem,
i've allways encoded at 1.3 to 1.5 speeds
now all of a suddon my speeds have dropped to 0.887.
i have not changed nout,nor have i installed nout.
one day 1.3 to 1.5 speeds the next 0.887 or there abouts.

system.

o/s windows xp pro/windows 2000 pro service pack 3
amd 2000xp
512 ddr ram
3x 120 gig h/d 7200 rpm

What happens when you back to the old version. Do you recieve the same speeds as before?

yes i get the same speeds with the older version.
i'v even put my back up of win 2000 on,and still get the slower speeds.
i do not understand it.changed nout,but all of a sudden this happens.
starting to thing i might format and see what happens then.
