Out of sync in a MultiPGC

Hi.
I've to reencode and remux a video to copy a DVD.

This title has 6 PGC in a single vob.

When I remux the video, the last 2 PGC are out of sync of about 15frames.
Why?

How I can resync?

I've encoded by .D2v, Tmpgenc, TmpgTemplate.txt, Ifoedit.

I've problems ONLY with Multi PGC titles.

The DVD is Back to the future.

I wanna re-encode the video of the specials of DVD.

Non problems with the movie, but the extras are on a MultiPGC title.
First 2 PGC are sync OK.
Last 3, not!

If you want other info on my methode, please ask me, and I'll be more sharp.
