How to modify a cell

Hi.
I would like to modify the length of a cell.

I explain: I've a a DVD to rip.
I would to eliminate the last cell to exclude end credits, but the last cell include a few seconds of the last part of the movie.

I would to leghten the last but one cell, to enclose the last part of the movie?

How I can do this with Ifoedit o other programs?
