Sorry for my late reply... (too much work)
Let's suppose you have "Audio 1 - English (ID 0x80)", and "Audio 2 - Italian (ID 0x82)".
Go to "VTS_PGCITI" and select the PGC (usually "VTS_PGC_1").
Close to the top, where it says "Audio stream 1 status - 32768" and "Audio stream 2 status - 33280", Double-click the Dec value and change the numbers between them.
Result: "Audio stream 1 status - 33280" and "Audio stream 2 status - 32768".
DON'T FORGET TO SAVE!!!
Close and reopen Ifoedit to refresh the new info.
Now you have (in IFO overview):
"Audio 1 - English (ID 0x82)", and "Audio 2 - Italian (ID 0x80)".
Just change the Language info to the correct country...
Remember that ID 0x82 is still Italian but this ID is now Audio 1!!!
Just double-click over English and change it to Italian and do the same to Audio 2!
DON'T FORGET TO SAVE!!!
Close and reopen Ifoedit to refresh the new info.
Guess what... If you Preview your movie now... it starts in Italian because the player starts with Audio 1!!!
