IFOEdit and Instant Copy 7 incompatible?

Ever since installing instant copy 7 the dvd play feature in ifoedit has stopped working and all that comes up is a message about "video decoder unable to play closed caption data" and then ifoedit crashes. I've been searching the forum and no one seems to have the answer to this problem but I see that I'm not the only one with this problem relating to Pinnacle programs and ifoedit. Can someone please help?

I have this same experience with Instant Copy. It is independent on my actually configuration or operating system (W2k or WME). But uninstall can solve this problem - and Pinnacle Instant Copy has not so excelent results, so I prefer to use my favorite IFOEdit and other "classics" way then Pinnacle not yet final product (it seems...):)

You didn't search very well, or maybe restricted your search to the IfoEdit forum. The problem is caused by InstantCopy 7 screwing around with direct show filters. Look at http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=46056
