i have a question i want to know what program to use to add borders to put in movies?

Hi-

You're reencoding this movie, perhaps to make an SVCD? Then you make an .avs for the movie to open in your encoder (CCE or TMPG for MPEG), and use the AddBorders(x,x,x,x) command in the script. DVD2SVCD (AVI2SVCD) can do it for you automatically, or you can use FitCD to find out. But you didn't really supply very much information about what you want to do.
