Title Sets & Buttons

I am trying to do a backup of spiderman (pal) onto a dvd-r but to do it i need to delete all title sets accept the film (title set 1) can anyone point me in the right direction how to do this in ifoedit, also i need to disable or disable the functionality of the special features button in the menu can i do this in ifoedit ?
