I just encoded my avi file from my digital camcorder to mpeg2 via Tempeg. I have an audio wav file and a .m2v file. I think I'm ready to burn but was not sure how to go about it. Would I create an AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS folder as if I were backing up a disk and just drop everything in the VIDEO_TS folder? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks (I couldn't find this info in the guides)

You need to author the disc. You need a program like DVD It, DVD Maestro, Scenarist.. Check the guides section for info on authoring.

Making a DVD is much more involved than just putting an mpg file in a folder, and this is what authoring programs do.

For the simplest method, use IFOEdit.

At the top, click DVD AUTHOR >> AUTHOR NEW DVD.

Then just put your video and audio files in the right spots.

The program will create the .vob, .bup, .ifo files and you can just drag those into nero and burn.
