URLMON.DLL error

I've been using TMPGEnc Plus happily for a while now. I even paid for it! Suddenly it gives the above error and won't start!

that refers to Quickview Plus. I checked out the registry entry at the place said on the Microsoft Support page, but there weren't any bits for Quickview Plus. So I don't know.....

DOes anything else encode AVI's to MPG's?

Is the any more information about the error?
In any case, re-registering the dll may fix it.
Start button, RUN and type

regsvr32 /i urlmon.dll

should give a mesage saying the dll is registered.

I tried that regsrv thing and it registered, but it didn't fix the problem. Now an older (non Plus) version I had been using has done the same thing!
