How can I copy a 9 DVD onto 2 DVD-Rs?

Hello, I would like to copy a DVD 9 disc with menu info onto 2 separate DVD-R discs, so that when I play the discs, the first disc will play the first half of what's on the menu, and the 2nd disc will play the 2nd half. Any info would be appreciated!
