"Can't find dvd drive info.

I am trying to make a copy of a dvd using dvdxcopy, after copying and in the process burning i get the following error message. "CAN'T FIND DVD DRIVE INFO". Can anyone please explain to me exactly what this means and how i can correct it.
I have window xp pro with sp1.
I have latest nero burner and my computer is toshiba satelite pro 4600 which have both cd and dvd drive.
I am really counting on you guys, so please kindly help a rookie out. I am thanking you.

You need a DVD burner(DVD-R/RW or DVD+R/RW)to make dvd copy.
Your laptop probably has DVD/CD-RW.It can play dvd but will not burn dvd.
However,you can burn your movie to CDs using CD-RW.Just make sure you check box burn to VCD in DVDxcopy.
