hi i'm new to this and was wondering if someone can help me i'm looking to download movies off the internet but don't know were to go someone mentioned news groups

You might want to check this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43617t/) out, it's a sticky at the top of the DVD2SVCD Basic Topics page. Take a good look at the forum rules and get yourself oriented, there's a lot to digest and it's certainly hard to do in one sitting if you're a slow reader like me.
