I have been trying for months to overcome this problem and at last I found solution ( It worked for me) :) For those who try to convert Svcd mpeg files to Dvd format , firstly you have to place all your mpeg files in dvd2avi program and then click " save project ".
When done, you will have 2 files (1. d2v and 2.Red dragon T01 Delay -84 ms.mpa ) so u have to use TMPGenc to convert "Red dragon T01 Delay -84 ms.mpa" into reddragon.mp2 and then use AC3machine to correct the delay in this case is -84 so u put that number in and then trancode it to ac3 format then u will have the something like "reddragon.ac3"
I use TMPGenc to merge my mpeg files and
demux it to m2v file then use dvd patcher to convert from 480X 480 to 352X480 as it will be compatible wih dvd masetro spruce and at the end , u will have two files (1. reddragon.ac3 and 2.reddragon.m2v)
then author it with dvd masetro spruce ...Enjoy!
Hope this will be useful to someone rookie like me!
