trouble with cce / ifo edit

I am encountering 2 problems these days
the simpler one regard IFO edit... the browser button in the vob extra window is no longer working when I try to remux !

the more complex one 'at least for me is about cce encoding parameters.Actually I am encoding a film (through vfapi fserve) with 25 fps , 16/9, pal
I used a template with cbr 3000(instead of 6000), es setting and on the video setting the two firs cases (add sequence...upperfield first).DC prcision is at 10 and dar at 16/9.the timecode was to 00.00.00.00.I left the gop unchanged

CCE encodes and produces a mpv file with a vaf file

the problem arises when I remux using IFO edit...remuxing goes on well but the resullting film is not fluent. (using doom9's guide to dvd backup)

I changed to VBR 2 passses and the result is the same
I then changed the gop (N/M to 4 instead of 5) but no success.
I used DVDmaestro to author and the film works without any problem

so
is the problem with ifo edit , with the remuxing ?
is the problem with the CCE settings ?
can anyone send me the settings for encoding pal films ?

athlon xp1800
ddr 512
hd = 120 giga
windows XP
philips burner

As far as I know CCE and IFOedit do not work well together.

you CAN NOT (and has been said many times before on the forums) use CCE to reencode, then expect IFOEdit to remux it, it doesnt work, and never will.
