Problem with VOBrator preview!

I'm not sure where to post this ... so it's going here.

I just started to use VOBrator02b the past few days and it has worked great until now.

The problem occurs when I try to use the preview function. I get an error "failed to render graph". It just started today and I don't know why. It worked before but now almost nothing previews.
I've gone thru past posts but none had a clear solution to my problem.

Do I need to place the "preview.dll" file that came with VOBrator in any particular place? It is currently in the directory where I unzipped it. Do I need to get something additional or use a different program?

I would greatly appreciate any help.

This problem was solved for me when I installed WinDVD. Don't recall the exact details of what piece of WinDVD is needed by VOBRator - maybe a search here reveals more.

Installed WinDVD and VOBrator preview works fine now. I still have no idea why it worked before and stoped, Go figure!

I am running WinXP pro and had a lot of intermittent problems with Vobrator. I now have it working beautifull with a simple solution. I right clicked on the program and changed the "compatibility" to run as Win98/ME. It instantly works on vobs that would just cause it to crash. Just my 2 cents.
