Create chapters in home video [Archive]

Hi folks,
i've created a MPEG movie imported from analog video camera by a TV tuner card. I converted it via TMPEG into M2V and WAV files and then muxed them together with IFOEdit (DVD authoring).
But now i have no chapters! How can i create them?

Ifoedit accepts a celltime.txt file. This file has a series of frame references in it for the chapter points. Simply create a text file with frame references in it and import it when you are doing the authoring and all will be well. However, I believe that for the chapter points to be perfectly accurate, then you would have to tell the encoder so that it can insert an I frame at that point. If you have not done that then the chapter points may be out by a few frames either way. To calculate the frame points use the formula (seconds x 25 for PAL or seconds x 30 for NTSC).
