I am trying to back up 24 the TV show. I ripped the DVD to the HD using DVD Decrypter. I then split it using IfoEdit. When I looked at disc 1 and disc 2 folders all of the vob files were in disc 1 and there were none in disc 2. I went back and made sure that I split it at the right place. Just to make sure I did it again. Still the same result. When I looked again at IfoEdit I realized that each episode (there are 4 on a DVD) uses weird VOB-IDs. What I mean by that is that:
episode 1 uses VOB-IDs 1,5
episode 2 uses VOB-IDs 2,6
episode 3 uses VOB-IDs 3,7
episode 4 uses VOB-IDs 4,8
I am guessing this is what is causing the problems. Does anyone know of a way that I would be able to back this up?
Also I dont know if someone else has posted any problems like this because the search on the page is limited by 3 chars and wont let me search for 24.
