horizontal freeze?

plz if u can help, i have a slight problem with my mpg2 after it has ran throu.. tmpgenc, picture quality is great sound is all in sync, but when my mpeg movie scrolls horizontally it has a slight freeze or stutter in frame, this u dont notice to much but is annoying, The stuters or freeze's seem to coinside with how it would decode my source to mpeg ie the option preview display with thinning, plz plz help if u can..

Odysseus gave some help on this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43148&highlight=freeze+and+stutter/) recently.......might be worth a look. There's been lots of discussion on this one too, run a search on it in the forum that applies specifically to you and you'll probably find a solution that fits your needs. Good luck!
