Been ripping DVD's for many years now to VCD mainly for the compact size....Ive also made many home miniDVD's on CD using DVDWise - my prefered.
I've tried Spruce Up, Sonic DVD It and others and also tinkered with Maestro and Scenarist - but I prefere Win98SE for other reasons and hence persist with DVDWise1.74 - my Setop box also understands all my creations - that's a plus!
Anyway - I've just gotten a hold of a Ricoh5125A for a few weeks and would like to run it through its paces. When I tried to make a DVD image >1GB, the image it creats causes Nero 5.5.8.2 to say that it requires a CD for burning...go figure - I would have thought a DVD authoring proggie would have had more trouble making a CD than its native DVD format...
I've searched through all the settings in both Nero and DVDWise and nothing.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
