Hey guys,

does somenody know if it is possible to remux a DVD2One stream with Ifo Edit?
DVD2One is a transcoder like Rempeg or am i wrong?

Yes, DVD2One now has the ability to control the output file size, so it can be used as a replacement for ReMPEG2. However, it produces the files for a complete "movie only" DVD. So if you want to use it as an exact replacement for ReMPEG2 you will need to demux afterward. There are a number of discussions about it in the DVD2One & InstantCopy forum.
