Hello to all.I hope you can help me out.I use WINRAR for file
extracing.But I noticed I had ''bin and cue'' files,from a movie I
had. What steps do I need to go through to be able to view these files
as video?I have never seen bin and cue files so I do not understand
how they work. Can I use ''WinRar'' or do I need another program? Thanks for all your help and time.

Have a great day.

3 possible programs come to mind: VCDGear/Daemon Tools/*any burning program (Nero, CDRWIN, etc...)*.

Hmm, I have had a good deal of success with Daemon Tools, vcd gear, and CDRWin. But I find Nero seems to have a lot of problems with bin and cue files, while I like it just for burning regular cds the support for bin and cue files is pretty lacking I have found. I have found that it consistently produces coasters. Anyhow this has been my experience with it, others have no problem with it and some such as myself have nothing but problems. CDRWin is much better for 1:1 copies and cue and bin burning IMHO. But you never know, you may have no problem with Nero. :)

Cue and bin files are so called CD image files. So they are ready to be burned onto CD. Cue file says to the burning program how to burn the data, which are in the bin. Now to watch this like a video you need to burn it to disk and after that load the disk in the player.
Other might be to extract the video file from the bin. The progs suitable are VCDGear or (IMO better) ISOBuster. Then use the software player in "File mode" to watch the video.
Third way is to use Daemon Tools. The prog will make a "virtual CD drive" on your harddisk. Then you can "mount" the image files (cue and bin) into this virtual drive using Daemon Tools. For the system this will be a real CD drive with "burned" CD inside.
Hope this helps.
P.S. And - no, you cannot use WINRAR.
