I have the same problem. I e-mailed their tech support but no answer yet.

I am really getting rather fed up with this company. After getting mucked around with the demo download, paying for the retail version on line etc, I have now been supplied with a nice shiny new disc, with the older 7.0.0.80 version. Now I cannot use the multi title select feature. It just beggers belief. I wish I had stuck with DVD2One - sorry Erwin.

I am going to kick some Pinnacle Support ass tomorrow.
