AHAH!!! That's all a little mixed up... Slow down
Really, before anyone else shouts at him, please, check where your post belongs, it is a tough one, but I guess it is most related to the DVB/HDTV forum, but it is here now so...
I am confused, but... I translate the last sentence to: What software can be used to convert my captured files *.mp2 (MPEG2 Video/Audio) into DivX.
Use something called DVD2AVI, download it (avalible on Doom9's software page (get the 1.76 version) and save it as a project, for ease, decode the audio into WAV. Then add the file to the jobs in VFAPI (also avalible), then hit convert and it should make an AVI file in whatever directory you tell it to. This can be loaded in VirtualDub. You can then convert it to whatever. Ofcourse, you can include your WAV file to encode that aswell, or manually encode it in something like BeSweet and add it later.
Hope this can be of some help.

Surely you can resize in VirtualDub though capturing at a differnet resoloution (say 512,384 - or whatever your machine can handle) would be best.

Ok...resize the frame but the maximum size is 352X288....@100% Gnot.If i want more frame size when Gnot is red and over 100%. Perhaps DVB out is maximum this size. If used another software for capturing size will be more large.U know anyone?

Try asking over at the DVB forum. I really don't know. I wish I could capture from sky digital, digitally (dvb-s card) but I am stuck with composite
