Vsparam.par error during Ifoupdate

Hi everyone.
After Scenarist finish and i have my AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders with all the files in VIDEO_TS folder, i try to update the VTS_01_0.IFO iget he error message "Vsparam.PAR is not correctly sized on sector boundary. ABORTING." and hence no update is done.
Please help to figure out the problem. I have tried 3 times to extract the vts and then create the scenarist project all over again but the same or diff. errors.

Also i have a few questions.

1. As i am not doing anything to the rest of the 3 VTSs do i just copy them over from the original dvd to the final project folder.
2. As Scenarist makes a VIDEO_TS.IFO files aswell , do i just replace this with the original too.

Remove "Vsparam.PAR" from the dir before you update.... it's presence will not allow a correct VTS Sectors update...

"Vsparam.PAR" is not part of the titleset, just a saved parameters file.

AK47 thanks for the reply. I also found out that not only .PAR file but after that others like .txt, .idx, .sub files gives the same error. So removed them all and it finished updating,but i dont see any change in the updated ifo when i load it in the ifoedit. Here is my Extracted IFO:-----------------
