Using Avi2svcd

Please forgive a totally green question. I have read all through the faq and searched the forum before I posted this. How exactly do I use DVD2SVCD to convert my divx and avi files? I have tried and tried to figure this out but just can't.

Easy go to Misc. tab and select AVI in "Input file type" and then just do has u normaly do.
