VHS Recording without Macrovision

I just wanted to capture a video from vhs, but the macrovision signal messes the upper lines up. How can I record a macrovision-protected vhs-tape to avi without the disturbing signal ?

Or Is there a software to filter the macrovision-signal from an recorded avi to get a "clean" (without macrovision) video ?

if you're on bt8x8 card,try bt8x8 tweaker (in VDub)
and move "burst delay" slider.....

(btw. i saw this tip but didn't tried it.......don't have
that sort of tapes........)
