I rip music chapters from DVD's I own to make a mixed DVD. 95% of all songs record and burn perfectly. I use DVDDecrypter, Smartripper, or vStrip. Sometimes, a couple of songs reflect incorrect timing information when I view them with Showbiz/whatever viewer, and the result is that these specific songs are not able to be burned -- they freeze the encoding process/burning process because the track length appears to be perhaps 2 hours when the track is only really 5 minutes. This is a fairly rare event, and I can successfuly rip numerous other songs from the same DVD and their track info etc. is perfect. Also, when this occurs, I get exacly the same problem/result from ripping with any of DVDDecrypter, SmartRipper, or vStrip.

Anyone know of some settings which may help correct this problem?

Thanks.

Rip with dvd decrypter in ifo mode, and enable stream processing so you only rip the one music video you want. Also you may as well demux the audio/video at the same time.

Then rebuild your mixed dvd with dvd maestro, create an image file and burn with dvd decrypter.
