DVD Architect

Has anyone looked at DVD Architect?? It supports 16:9 and AC3. One of the only "consumer friendly" authoring packages I've seen that does that.
The only flaw I can see though is it imports program mpeg files not elementary streams. that sucks....it seems CCE won't produce program files other than in CBR mode.
anyone know a way around that? will newer CCE's support program steams with VBR?

I think that you can multiplex to a PS in Tmpg. I encoded a short clip in CCE (ES - VBR) and it was not seen/accepted by DVD-A. Then took the same file into Tmpg and multiplexed to Mpeg-2 Program VBR. Didn't include any audio (was just a test). The multiplexed file was accepted without any hazzle and DVD-A prepared the DVD (I didn't burn the actual DVD).
