SetFieldBased for SeparateFields?

The internal filter SeparateFields call SetFieldBased(true). I don't think this is right. I should be field based before, not after SeparateFields is run. Weave should call SetFieldBased(true). Isn't that right?

Isn't that right? I agree with your point. sh0dan is aware of other anomalies in the handling of interlaced/progressive. I hope the 3.0 release will fix lots of these things. It's important to point them out, as you have done here. Have you entered it at the SourceForge project bug list?
