Wich is the easiest and fastest way to make permanent subtitles on a divx movie from .sub? I'm asking this because I want to make a SVCD using dvd2svcd but the external subtitles function doesnt seem to work well so I was thinking in inserting permanent subtitles on the divx before using dvd2svcd.
Any ideas any guide ? Wich Software.

Thanks for any help I really apreaciate it :)

yoiu would have to reencode the DivX file again to put the permanent subs on, which will result is quality loss. maybe try loading your DivX AVI file in an avisynth script (AVISource) and then loadinga subtitle filter through there (then feeding your AVS t0 (DVD2SVCD)? just a thought.
