Directshow developing

I am interested in learning to develop/manipulate DirectShow filters. I am a semi-proficient C/C++ coder, and I'm just looking for some links/information on getting started with DirectShow. Also is there a DirectShow SDK available from MS? Searching their sewer (..er, 'site') has not revealed anything useful.

I beleive what you need is the DirectX SDK which includes the libs and headers for DirectShow.
