ogm overhead??

i've searched for it in the forum, but i couldn't find a definite answer for this, what size really is the ogm frame overhead?? is there a formulae to calculate it??

I remember reading somewhere that it was approximately 3MB an hour. I am not sure the exact ogm frame overhead, but judging from from my work with it I would say 3MB an hour sounds about right.
