Problem with new full DVD backup guide - improper video_ts file - aborting

I've followed Dooms new guide and am having a few problems right the end (it always is the end isn't it - sod's law!)

I have created my extras and my main movie with Scenarist, and get to the point in the guide where I have to 'put it all back together'

I ran IfoUpdate, and when I update VTS Sectors, I get a message 'Improper Video_ts.ifo - aborting' - any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Also, my extras and my main movie are in separate files (they have the correct titleset names though). If I put them all together in a folder (eg final\video_ts), which video_ts file do I copy across as I have one in each folder?

I tried using IFOEdit to get VTS sectors, but I think I've messed it up as it starts with the extras.

This is the first time I've tried this, so please help, otherwise its back to the drawing board!:confused:
