Lately ifoedit doesnt strip correctly. I have used this program many times in the past w/o problems but now when i strip the extra audio/subtitles and vob IDs it keeps rewriting to VTS_01_1. When its done i have VTS_01_1 and VIDEO_TS.ifo/bup and VTS_01_0.ifo/bup. ANyonw know how to correct this?! i select:
-strip streams
-strip id
correct nav packs
-correct original ifo
-create new movie ifo's

Still rewrites to VTS_01_1. No clue on what the hell is the matter with this program. Use to work fine.

You mean it overwrites the original file? Check your destination in the 'VOB Extras', I know you probably already have but I'm just making sure. When it is stripping does it show 2 different directories? Maybe try a different version of IfoEdit?

No i have folder1 that i rip the DVD files to. Then use ifoedit to strip and then send to folder2. When its stripping each vob to writes to VTS_01_1. So by the time it gets to the 5th VOB its still writing to VTS_01_1. I have tried all versions of ifoedit - same thing. it does this on some movies but not all. Im not sure if the region protection has something to do with it.

Region Protection shouldn't have anything to do with this problem.

After clicking 'VOB Extras', in the top right hand corner make sure that 'VOB Size is set to '1 GB'

Strange effect.
I'll try to find if there's something unusual.
