Spruceup and Johnny Dangerously

I'm trying to back-up my copy of Johnny Dangerously as I'm a fargin' icehole and never want to lose this gem. I used smart ripper to pull just the movie. I then import into spruceup, where it says the movie has a run time of just over 1:30, which is correct. Yet when I us e the "simulate" function to check playback, it only runs for one hour and 8 minutes. I've tried re-ripping the movie, but the same thing happens. Anybody have any clue how I could fix this?

Have you tried finishing it to HD or a rewritable to see what happens? Maybe the bastiges screwed up the simulation.
