SpruceUp and DVDit-PE will run on Windows ME.
Although, SpruceUP Full Version is not available anymore, it supports .m2v and .ac3 (Dolby Digital 5.1 but not DTS)
DVDit-PE Version supports .m2v and .ac3 (2-Channel Dolby only and NO DTS), and I believe its still available.
Regards,
Kirby.

As was said, upgrading the OS is not an option. But is it really upgrading? If you try to install Win2K over ME it will ask you if you're sure you want to use an older operating system. My answer was "yes".

dvd workshop is a good program. I'm sure you can find out if the program works with WinMe on their website.
