I can't find an explanation on the following
parameters under CBR Debug :
Reaction Delay Factor
Smoother
Is Reaction Delay Factor exactly the same as Reaction Period from the options explained doc v1.3? Please elaborate on the usage of the Delay Factor
Smoother seems to be the Same as Crispness in DivX
