Problem with DVD2SVCD and TMPGEnc

Hello,
i use dvd2svcd 1.1.1 b2 with tmpgenc plus 2.510.
I tried to encode Ice Age, it has this paramers:

Scan type: ZigZag
Frame type: Progressive

So, when I encode the Film, the result is that:

Scan type: Alternate
Frame type: Interlaced

I don´t know no why. And i don´t find any Settings in DVD2SVCD where i can
choose the right values.
I tried to make the settings in TMPGEnc but every time after I start the encoding with DVD2SCVD, it switches the settings back to interlace.
With CCE 2.50 it works fine, there I can make the settings in the advaced settings.
I tried it in a Forum (www.Doom9.de), but at this time they can´t help me. Because, also there they don´t know where the right settings are to do.

I hope you can help me.

is there nobody how can help me? :confused:
I think you know about this problem, but i'am not sure. Because my english ist not the best and so, what i found in the forum is not quite the right one for me. :(
