In my project i have two menus; a main menu where you can choose to play the movie, or to get some info about the movie. When the main menu starts, an audio track starts playing in the background. The problem is that when the user enters the "Info" menu the audio tack stops playing. Is there a way to keep that audio track playing even if the user enters another menu?
Thanks in advance,

In simple words? :)
No, there is no way. You can only put the same track to the info menu, but when entering the info menu, playback will start at the beginning.

isn't it possible even in Scenarist?

It isn't possible at all! A still menu is ONE PGC, an audio track can stick only to ONE PGC. Think of the menu as a video that plays. You can't keep the audio from video 1 playing on, when playback changes to video 2.

You might be able to do it, by mergin the 2 menus to 1 PGC, and create a scene on the timeline as it switches to another track. Now you can be able to add audio for that whole track (both menus) and add subtitle layers (buttons) to the two menus by using one set sub layers for the first part (starts at one particular time and ends at another) and the same with the other sets (starts when first ends (considered there's no animated transition)). One problem you might have here, is that you need to do you might have to use dummy PGC's GPRM to do various checks and stuff so that it jumps to the correct places, and that you have to loop the different menus by time or scene, I don't know if this is possible (when first scene is done playing, and user hasn't pushed a button, the menu have to loop back to the beginning of that scene, same goes for scene 2). It's a bit complicated, but it might work out.

@ kitchy
As I understood, he wants the audio track play fluently without interruption or jumps, when changing the menu. But that isn't possible. When you change the menu by using chapters, the audio still would start playing from the beginning of the chapter, and not from the position it was, when the user decided to go to another menu! See the point? :)

Yeah, I see the point now, it was just a suggestion, not a solution though...:)
