Well, as I wrote in my topic already, that's my Question: Can I use gknot with divx 503 PRO without having problems encoding or problems with file sizes? I just encoded Gladiator(+AC3) this night and got a avi 200MB too small...... I know this can also have other resons, but as I just changed from 502 pro to 503 pro I wonder if it is because of the new divx.

There are numerous threads that answered this question already. You can find them here, in the Gknot forum, the Newbie forum, and the General discussion forum.
The short answer is "no." A somewhat longer answer, "you can use Gknot to create AviSynth scripts (.avs files), then use Vdub, DivX 5 Enc, etc., to complete the process."
You'll even find a Sticky (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=44414) thread in this forum on how to create accurate comp tests without using DivX 5 Enc. If you check the news at www.doom9.org you'll see there are different versions of DivX 5 Enc for different releases of DivX 5, and the software required for each.
Please remember Rules 1a and 2 (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm). Thank you.
