Does DVD2One produce a constant bitrate or a variable bitrate?

Variable, but then all the original sources I've done were variable as well. It may return CBR on a CBR source.

I have one CBR title I have backed up and the end result is defenitely VBR (checking with Bitrate Viewer) but the header still says CBR.
