Joining DVD Decrypted Demuxed m2v's

I'm attempting to backup a DVD, and decided that the best way to go was to demux the ac3 and m2v streams from the title and then re-author a movie only DVD using Maestro.

However, DVD Decrypter outputs 4 or 5 separate m2v files, and I've never been able to get Maestro to accept two different m2v files on the same timeline.

Is it possible to just join all the m2v files together to make one large one?
