demuxing ac3 from a cell - problem?

I demuxed a vob file by cell id with vobedit.
Then i demuxed the ac3 from the cell again with vobedit.
When i loaded it in the WinDvd player it wouldn't play?
I tried fixing it with ac3fix but the output of the ac3fix program
was that there were no errors and the ac3 wouldn't play again!

The player itself is not a problem, i have played other
ac3 files with it correctly, but they were demuxed from
a whole vob id not cell id.

So Why doesn't this ac3 file (demuxed from the cell) play?
How do i fix this?

Guys don't bother!
ac3fix is either bugged or I did somth wrong
I fixed the ac3 with besplit and all is ok
